Current accounts
Moldova Agroindbank  opens banking accounts to legal entities and Individuals according to legislation in force and provisions of the Regulation regarding the opening and closing of accounts in banks of the Republic of Moldova.
Companies, institutions and organisations regardless of the legal and arrangement form are obliged to keep these funds at banks.

Every legal entity or Individuals can open several accounts in Moldavian Lei and/or foreign currencies in any bank of the Republic of Moldova with its consent, observing the legislative framework.
 
Documents necessary to open a current account:
·     application to open an account; 
·     copy of the registration certificate of the company issued by the State Registration Chamber attached to the Ministry of Justice of the Republicof Moldova, or other notarised documents which confirm state registration according to the legislation in force; 
·     a notarised copy of the incorporation document (charter, regulation, establishment contract etc.); 
·     notarised copy of the attribution of the fiscal code; 
·     certificate of fiscal registration (presented separately for every account); 
·     signatures specimen and notarised sample of the seal (in duplicate); 
·     extract from the State Commercial register which confirms an authorised person to manage the company issued by the State Registration Chamber or regional bodies of the State Registration Chamber.

Non-resident legal entities, in the event of lacking the registration certificate of the company issued by the State Registration Chamber attached to the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Moldova or other documents which confirm state registration according to the legislation in force, it is possible to present copy of extract from the commercial register of the country with regard to registration of the company as legal entity. 

To open a temporary account the following documents are submitted: 
·      application to open an account; 
·      (notarized) copy of the incorporation contract or other document which confirms incorporation of the company; 
·      decision with regard to additional issuance (allocation of additional issuance); 
·      notarized signatures specimen and sample of the seal (in duplicate) (for allocation of additionally issued shares); 
·      any documents required by the bank.

Opening of deposit accounts

To open a deposit account there are submitted the documents similar to documents required to open a current account, both for resident and non-resident legal entities provided by the Regulation with regard to opening and closing of accounts in banks of the Republic of Moldova.

To open a deposit account it is prepare a contract or other document agreed between the bank and the account owner which includes: the address of the account owner, amount of the deposit, interest rate, maturity and method of withdrawal after the term expiration an other conditions set by the parties.

Opening of credit accounts

Credit accounts are opened by legal entities in any bank of the Republicof Moldova according to the provisions of the legislation in force an regulation of the National Bank of Moldova. Legal entities and Individuals which carry out business activity or any other type of activity shall present the fiscal registration certificate.
