Currency transfers on the order of Individuals
Effecting of transfers in foreign currencies on the order of Individuals is carried out from:
- Cash foreign currency available at cashier-offices of the bank
- Cash Moldavian Lei with further conversion in the currency of the transfer
- Foreign currency funds came abroad in favour of Individuals
- Funds previously registered in deposit accounts of payers
For freely convertible currencies it is necessary to submit justified documents which prove the necessity or legality of the transfer. This, according to the provisions of the Currency regulation of the Republic of Moldovacan be:
- customs declaration which confirms import of the currency in the country;
- permission to export the currency abroad;
- permission of the National Bank of Moldova(for amounts over 1000 USD);
- invoices, resolution of the judicial bosses, contracts, training certificate, treatment abroad etc.
It is compulsory to mention the following data in the payment order:
- name, surname of the payer, address, passport or identity data (or of the similar document);
- amount, type of currency (in figures and letters);
- beneficiary name (Individuals or legal entity who receives the transfer);
- banking account number and/or passport data (if an Individuals);
- name of the beneficiary's bank;
- purpose of the transfer (training, treatment, gift, etc.);
- signature of the payer
Currency transfers to Individuals
Individuals can receive money from abroad through banks.
For the funds transferred to get the addressee without delays and losses it is necessary for the Individuals-beneficiary to inform the sender about the data and address of the bank where he will receive the money.
This data includes:
- name and surname of the beneficiary;
- full address (telephone number for urgent transfers);
- passport data or any other identity;
- correct name of the bank CB Moldova-Agroindbank SA;
- name of the bank's branch;
- correspondent bank of the bank for currency transfers.
Currency transfers received by Individuals, at the request of the beneficiary, can be:
- withdrawn in cash foreign currency.
- withdrawn in cash Moldavian Lei.
- placed on account (current or deposit) in foreign currency or lei opened in the bank's branch;
- transferred abroad.
Transfer operation in foreign currencies on the order and in favour of Individuals can be effected in any branch of the bank located in all towns and counties of the country.
