Telephone Sales Agent, Telesales Department
Responsibilities:
- Selling phone banking services to potential customers;
- Developing relationships with maib customers and building customer loyalty through the services offered;
- Identifying sales opportunities and new customers.
Qualifications and requirements:
- Communication, sales and negotiation skills;
- Fluent knowledge of Romanian and Russian;
- Seriousness and perseverance in achieving objectives;
- Basic knowledge of PC operation (MS Office, Email);
- Previous phone sales experience is an advantage.
