As a Business Analyst, you will take on the mission of shaping a business strategy for integrating analytic CRM into the Bank's product sales business processes to meet customer needs through a variety of personalized offerings.

Main duties and responsibilities

• Formation of terms of reference for integration into communication channels, for example, as special offers, should be displayed to the sales manager in the department, what are the KPIs for scoring, what is the volume and bandwidth of the channel
• Optimization of the business process of sales of bank products using analytical CRM tools
• Alignment with business units across products and channels of product sales strategy
• Time management of IT development
• Acceptance testing of the functionality of integration with channels
• Training business users on new features
• Writing instructions

Required skills and qualifications

• BS in Economics, Finance
• 2+ years of experience in banking
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience in writing technical specifications
• Welcome knowledge of My SQL,SQL
• Sales motivation experience
