We are a team dedicated to implementing and evolving enterprise solutions based on the Creatio CRM platform (a low‑code CRM + BPM solution for marketing, sales, and service automation).

Our projects span both internal corporate process automation and end‑to‑end sales and servicing flows for financial products across corporate (B2B) and retail (B2C) segments.

We work with complex enterprise systems involving custom logic, integrations, performance tuning, legacy system modernization, and production support.

In this role, you will have the following responsibilities:

Core Responsibilities:

• Customizing and extending the Creatio CRM platform;
• Developing server‑side logic (C#) and client modules (JavaScript / Freedom UI);
• Developing and maintaining integrations (REST / SOAP / OData);
• Configuring, automating, and optimizing:
  • Internal corporate processes
  • Financial product sales flows (loans, deposits, cards, etc.)
  • Customer onboarding and servicing for legal entities and individuals
• Participating in solution architecture design;
• Conducting code reviews and contributing technical expertise;
• Analyzing, refactoring, and stabilizing legacy code.

Performance & Stability Focus:

• Analyzing and optimizing system performance (server, database, processes);
• Optimizing EntitySchemaQuery and SQL queries;
• Performing execution plan analysis and proposing indexing improvements;
• Participating in load testing activities;
• Preparing the system for scalability and increased workloads;
• Investigating production incidents (log analysis, bottleneck detection);
• Resolving deadlocks and database blocking issues;
• Optimizing long‑running business processes;
• Participating in post‑mortem analysis and preventing recurring issues;
• Identifying architectural weaknesses in legacy solutions and proposing structured improvements.

Required skills and competencies:

Technical:

• 3–5+ years of experience in CRM or enterprise system development;
• Hands‑on development experience with the Creatio platform;
• Strong knowledge of C# (.NET Framework);
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript;
• Experience with MS SQL Server;
• Understanding Creatio architecture (packages, schemas, business processes);
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations;
• SQL query optimization skills;
• Experience diagnosing performance bottlenecks;
• Ability to read, understand, debug, and refactor legacy code.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with load‑testing tools (JMeter, k6, etc.);
• Experience analyzing deadlocks and transaction behavior;
• Understanding database isolation levels;
• Experience profiling .NET applications;
• Experience working with IIS;
• CI/CD experience (Git, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions);
• Experience on high‑load enterprise projects;
• Experience in banking or financial services;
• Creatio certifications (Basic / Advanced);
• Experience publishing solutions to Creatio Marketplace.

Business Understanding:

• Experience with financial services processes;
• Understanding of:
  • Sales funnels for financial products
  • Customer lifecycle management
  • B2B client servicing
  • B2C onboarding and servicing flows
