 As an Enterprise Architect, you will operate at the highest level of technical leadership across the organization. You will be responsible for defining the architectural vision that aligns people, technology, and business into a reliable, scalable, and secure enterprise ecosystem.

You will partner closely with the CTO, senior technical leadership, business leaders, and product leaders to design the future state of our platforms, applications, and analytical foundations.

This is a role for an engineer who has mastered the craft—across multiple architectural dimensions—and who can operate with both depth and breadth.

What qualifications you will need:

Architecture Mastery:

• Proven mastery in application architecture, including domain-driven design, distributed systems, integration patterns, event-driven architecture, and cloud-native architecture;
• Mastery in designing internal development platforms, with deep understanding of continuous delivery, platform orchestration, and engineering excellence;
• Mastery in data platform architecture, including data lakes, data warehouses, data pipelines, and data governance;
• Proficiency in machine learning platform architecture, including feature stores, model training pipelines, model inference, and ML governance.

Enterprise Thinking:

• Strong analytical and systems thinking, able to decompose business domains and map customer journeys, value streams, and business capabilities to technology landscapes;
• Ability to design architectures that scale across hundreds of services, domains, and teams;
• Ability to create abstraction layers, architectural guardrails, contracts, and platform capabilities that reduce complexity and accelerate delivery.

Leadership Excellence:

• Ability to influence, challenge, coach, and elevate teams without authority.
• Excellent communication and storytelling—capable of translating complex architecture into business-aligned narratives.
• Demonstrated experience shaping technology strategy at enterprise scale.

• Ensure that all systems—customer-facing, operational, analytical, platform-level—interoperate through well-defined contracts, APIs, and architectural guardrails;
• Own the overall architecture of the analytical plane and its integration with the operational plane, ensuring a coherent flow of data, insights, and decisions across the enterprise;
• Define and maintain architecture guardrails such as:
  • Pipelines and automation
  • Templates and reference architectures
  • Platform-level policies and controls
• Shape and evolve the long-term target architecture and modernization roadmap;
• Govern architectural decisions across all domains—ensuring coherence, interoperability, and strategic alignment;

• Craft, maintain, and champion principles that guide how teams design, build, and operate systems;
• Ensure that applications, data flows, ML systems, and development platforms work together to form a unified, maintainable, and scalable enterprise ecosystem;
• Ensure security-by-design, privacy-by-design, and regulatory compliance are embedded within architectural processes;
• Act as a technical visionary—anticipating future needs, emerging technologies, and architectural evolution;
• Cultivate the next generation of distinguished engineers, fostering a culture of craftsmanship, ownership, and architectural excellence.
