Procurement of a Software Solution for macOS Device Management and Monitoring

1. Subject of Procurement
The Bank intends to procure and implement a centralized solution for managing macOS devices. The solution shall enable unified administration of configurations, applications, security policies, hardware and software inventory, and automation processes. It must include full device lifecycle management, automatic enrollment, integration with existing identity and security systems, as well as real-time monitoring and reporting functionalities.

2. Procurement Procedure
The procurement will be conducted through a competitive procedure organized via the e-Procurement platform.

3. Stages and Deadlines

  • Submission of Letters of Intent:
    Interested companies are invited to submit a Letter of Intent by 03 February 2026, 4:00 PM UTC +3, to the email address: Maxim.Budzac@MAIB.MD.
  • Issuance of Invitations to Participate:
    Based on the Letters of Intent received, invitations to participate will be sent via the e-Procurement platform.
  • Conduct of the Competitive Procedure:
    The competitive procedure will be conducted exclusively through the e-Procurement platform, in accordance with the schedule and instructions communicated to the invited participants.

5. Non-Binding Clause
This notice does not create any obligation on the part of the Bank to proceed with the procurement. The Bank reserves the right to cancel or refuse the procurement at any time prior to signing a contract with the successful bidder.
