As Head of Network & Systems Operations, you keep our IT infrastructure running: networks, servers, storage and business-critical platforms. You lead the team that monitors this environment, prevents disruptions before they reach the business, resolves incidents quickly, and delivers solutions our internal teams can rely on as we grow.

In this role you will have the following tasks:

• Network Monitoring and Management: Oversee network operations, ensuring high availability and minimal disruptions. Conduct proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of network devices and protocols.
• Server and SAN Infrastructure Maintenance: Administer servers and SAN storage systems, performing regular checks, updates, and backups. Ensure optimal performance, storage utilization, and data security across all storage systems.
• Operating System Administration: Manage UNIX and Windows environments, handling updates, patches, and security configurations to maintain stability and reliability.
• Active Directory (AD), Exchange, and File Server Administration: Manage and maintain AD, Exchange, and File Server environments, including user account administration, access control, email services, file sharing, storage management, and security configurations, ensuring system availability, data integrity, and compliance with organizational policies.
• Call Center Platform Support: Provide technical support and management for Call Center platforms to ensure uninterrupted service and quality for customer-facing operations.
• Incident and Problem Resolution: Promptly respond to alerts, investigate incidents, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
• Infrastructure Project Leadership and Vendor Management: Lead infrastructure modernization and improvement projects, including requirements definition, budget planning, cost justification, vendor evaluation and selection, contract and stakeholder coordination, and end-to-end implementation to ensure successful delivery of business and technical objectives.

Skills and abilities that make you suitable for this position:

• Technical Expertise: Strong background in managing networks, servers, and storage systems, with hands-on experience in UNIX and Windows OS administration.
• Platform Knowledge: Experience in managing Active Directory, Exchange, and File Servers, as well knowledge of Call Center platforms and related applications.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex infrastructure issues quickly.
• Communication and Teamwork: Ability to communicate technical information effectively with both technical and non-technical teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications such as Cisco (CCNA/CCNP), Microsoft (MCSA/MCSE), or Linux (RHCE) are a plus.
• Experience in banking or financial services IT infrastructure is highly advantageous.
