Discover the opportunity to become a Mobile/Property Valuation Specialist in a leading company in the financial world! We seek a talented and dedicated individual to join our dynamic team. In this position, you will directly impact the assessment and risk management of financial collateral.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure verification of evaluation reports, prepared by independent evaluation companies, submitted to the bank to contract loan products;
• Participate in the preparation, review and submission for approval of the criteria for acceptance by the bank of the valuation reports of the valuation companies for determining the current market value and liquidation value of movable and immovable property proposed to the bank as insurance;
• To carry out the valuation of movable property proposed to the bank as collateral by potential debtors/beneficiaries;
• Ensure the proper registration of the validated collateral values in the bank's information systems;
• Identify operational risk events in the business area in which it operates.

Qualifications and requirements:

• Higher education in the field of valuation and cadastre;
• You enjoy challenges and have a passion for financial collateral valuation;
• You have an eye for detail and strong analytical skills, ensuring that no important information is missing;
