CRM Manager

As a CRM Manager, you will build a customer behaviour analysis strategy to drive loyalty and motivation or meet customer needs through various personalized offers.

Responsabilities:

  • Develop and implement the CRM analytics strategy to engage customers.
  • Customize CRM reports to keep customer behaviour statistics up-to-date.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing departments to analyze business trends.
  • Interpret data from the software.
  • Work with various employess to improve customer service, sales and marketing based on CRM data.

Qualifications and requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Finance or Statistics.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Knowledge of data and visualization tools such as Power Bi, Tableau (will be an advantage).
  • Analytical mindset and detail-oriented personality.
