We announce a new vacant position of IT Project Manager, whose main responsibilities will include supporting connections between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that the implemented systems align with the organization's objectives and drive productivity and effectiveness.

In this role you will have the following tasks:

• You will be responsible for managing the overall project lifecycle, including planning, organizing and coordinating activities related to projects implementation. This includes defining project scope, timelines, and resource allocation, as well as monitoring progress and ensuring successful delivery;
• You will act as a liaison between business, development teams, and other project members. You will facilitate effective communication and collaboration, ensuring that all parties are informed about project progress, requirements, and any changes or issues that arise;
• You will ensure the quality of the implemented solutions. This involves conducting testing and validation to ensure that the system meets the defined requirements and is free from defects or errors;
• Will identify and correct performance issues and bottlenecks, as well as, active involvement and high responsibility in bug fixing in order to ensure a high level of performance.

Skills and abilities that make you suitable for this position:

• Technical background and 3+ years of work experience in IT project management , tracking, and reporting progress;
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.);
• Experience and knowledge of system integration techniques, including API integration, data synchronization, and data mapping between different systems.
