We are seeking a skilled React Native Developer to join our team. This role involves developing robust and scalable features for our business financial products that are aimed at both web and mobile platforms.

You will collaborate with a talented team of designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver high-quality, user-centric solutions.

This role is ideal for developers who are passionate about React Native, React.js, secure app development, and complex architecture.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native (Expo);
• Build and enhance web applications using React.js, ensuring responsive and high-quality UI/UX;
• Collaborate with backend engineers using DDD + Hexagonal Architecture to integrate secure REST APIs and GraphQL endpoints;
• Translate complex designs and wireframes into production-ready, maintainable, and testable code;
• Optimize performance across mobile and web platforms, including memory usage, rendering, and network efficiency;
• Write and maintain unit, component, integration, e2e, and contract tests;
• Participate in code reviews, enforce coding standards, and contribute to architecture improvements;
• Stay up to date with React Native, React.js, mobile/web performance optimization, and fintech security best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience with React Native and React.js development;
• Strong understanding of React Native lifecycle, hooks, and performance optimization;
• Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript;
• Experience with state management (Redux, Redux Toolkit, Zustand);
• Experience integrating with secure RESTful APIs; familiarity with OAuth2, JWT, or OpenID Connect is a plus;
• Experience with Node.js backend frameworks (NestJS, Express.js, or Next.js);
• Familiarity with monorepo setups (Nx, Turborepo) and modular architecture;
• Knowledge of automated testing strategies, including unit, component, integration, e2e, and contract testing;
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills;
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, scalable, and testable code.

Nice to Have

• Experience with native iOS and Android development;
• Experience in fintech or business banking applications;
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, etc.) and DevOps principles;
• Familiarity with relational databases (MSSQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and database design;
• Understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms, including OAuth2, SSO, and token-based security;
• Experience with offline-first mobile strategies, caching, and performance monitoring;
• Familiarity with secure data handling (PCI DSS, banking-grade encryption).
