The company has one of the following organizational forms: SRL, II, GT, SA, with a legal address, administrators, partners/founders (maximum of 5), and beneficial owners, all of whom are residents of the Republic of Moldova, except for the eastern districts (Transnistrian region)
The company is represented by an administrator who has a qualified electronic signature
The company that have administrators, partners/founders, and beneficial owners who are not in the PEP risk category (a person who holds a public position or a family member of the politically exposed person and persons associated with and close to politically exposed people) in the last 12 months
The company is not subject to FATCA, is not in the military industry, and is not on the international financial sanctions list, including not associating with people in the listed categories

a politically exposed person (PEP) is a person who holds or has held an important public office, namely:
- heads of State, Heads of Government, Ministers and Deputy Ministers or Secretaries of State
- members of parliament or similar legislative bodies
- members of the governing bodies of political parties
- members of supreme courts, constitutional courts or other high-level courts whose judgements are not subject to appeal, except in exceptional cases.
- members of audit courts or central bank boards
- ambassadors, chargés d'affaires and senior officers of the armed forces
- members of the administrative, management or supervisory bodies of state-owned enterprises
- directors, deputy directors and members of the board of directors or members holding a similar position in an international organisation.
FATCA (Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act) - a US law aimed at combating tax evasion within the global financial system and ensuring automated exchange of information between states in a standardised system based on bilateral agreements, the main purpose of which is to require foreign financial institutions to report to US tax authorities the income of direct or indirect beneficiaries subject to taxation under US law. On 26 November 2014, the Government of the Republic of Moldova signed a Cooperation Agreement with the USA to facilitate the implementation of FATCA, which obliges financial institutions to directly report to the US IRS information related to accounts held by individuals and legal entities indexed in the USA
in the process of initiation of business relations by electronic means, the manager who has a qualified electronic signature has the right to conduct interaction with the bank
