In the context of the National Bank of Moldova (BNM) publication of June 20, 2023, the reference index for loans granted through the "Prima Casa" program will constitute 7.62 percentage points.
You can check how much the interest rate will be with a simple calculation:
Interest rate = reference index (7.62 percentage points) + bank margin (you can find the value in the contract).
From July 1, 2023, the new loan repayment plan will be available in the branch or in the maibank mobile app.
We remind you that the floating interest rate on loans changes twice a year, on January 1 and July 1, according to the reference index published by the NBM.
