Announcement Regarding the Amendment of the General Terms and Conditions for the Provision of Financial Services to Legal Entities at BC “MAIB” SA, effective from June 18, 2025

Dear customers, 

We hereby inform you that, as of June 18, 2025, amendments to the General Terms and Conditions for the Provision of Financial Services to Legal Entities will come into effect. These changes have been implemented to enhance the transparency and efficiency of our services. 

The main changes include: 

1. The addition of new definitions and modification of existing ones;
2. The inclusion of descriptions for authorized and unauthorized payment transactions;
3. The addition of business card transaction currency conversion;
4. In Chapter G, "Business Card," the addition of subchapters G.10. "BUSINESS CARD DELIVERY SERVICE" and G.11. "TERMS FOR LINKING BUSINESS CARDS TO THE APPLE PAY / GOOGLE PAY / GARMIN PAY APP.
