Maib’s focus on customer centricity and the value of feedback received during every client interaction led to the organization of a new maib business meetup.
Entrepreneurs and accountants who use the maib business internet and mobile banking platform came together at the meetup to discuss the new features developed in the mobile app for businesses and in Internet Banking, the areas they would like to see improved, and the functionalities currently under development.
The event was designed as a space for listening and co-creation. Ideas were heard, valuable suggestions for improvement were received, and answers were provided to questions about current and upcoming features.

“We hope that the new solution — maib business — will prove to be even more useful and will cover more of the needs that you, as accountants, managers, or sellers, encounter daily. My colleagues will shortly present what’s coming next, but I would like to mention one feature in particular — biometric signing, which we plan to make available in the maib business mobile app starting in July. It will work just like biometric signing in maibank.”
Participants at the meetup had the opportunity to get a first look at the new features soon to be launched on the platform and to engage directly with the team behind maib business — product managers and digital banking experts.
