The 4th edition of the internship program at maib has concluded with an event dedicated to performance and professional inspiration. The event brought together mentors, program coordinators, team representatives, and the 18 interns who successfully completed their 6-month journey at maib.
The event’s agenda included:
- Official speeches from the management team encouraging the young participants to follow their dreams and stay curious;
- Presentations of projects completed by the interns, demonstrating innovation, critical thinking, and teamwork;
- The diploma award ceremony, a symbolic moment recognizing their achievements throughout the internship.

The program was designed to help young people at the start of their careers. In addition to the practical experience gained across key departments, the interns also received personalized mentoring and relevant training to develop both their professional and personal skills.
With each edition, the program continues to attract more young people eager to contribute to transforming the business environment in Moldova and to grow in a dynamic and supportive setting.
We have offered opportunities in over 50 areas, with support from 60 dedicated mentors. So far, we have had the pleasure of guiding and shaping over 50 talented young individuals, 25 of whom chose to stay with us as maib employees.
