The Zolotaya Korona money transfer system, launched in 2003, makes it easy and fast to send or receive remittances to and from Russia, Israel, CIS countries and Europe, with over 50,000 service points.
How to send money through Zolotaya Korona?
- Visit any maib unit with a valid ID (ID card or passport for non-residents);
- Verbally inform the operator of the beneficiary's details and transmit the amount of money to be sent;
- Pay the commission* for this service and receive the receipt for the transfer;
- The receipt will indicate the unique code of the money transfer (consisting of 9 digits)
- Inform about the unique code of the transfer to the person who is to receive the money. After the transaction has taken place within a few minutes, the money can be collected.
* The commission fee is different depending on the amount transferred, the currency of the transaction (EUR or USD) and the recipient country and is charged only by the sender. See the Commission fees page.
How to get money through Zolotaya Korona?
In cash at any maib unit
- Visit any maib unit with a valid ID (ID card or passport for non-residents);
- Tell the bank employee the unique code of the money transfer (consisting of 9 digits), the name and surname of the person who sent the money, the country of origin of the money, the currency and the amount of the transfer;
- Receive the money and the receipt.
*All receiving operations are free of charge. The sender pays the commission fee.
Direct to the card via t2c service
- To receive a money transfer directly to your card you need:
- the unique transfer code
- bank card issued by maib
- your IDNP
- Go to the t2c page or the maibank mobile app and follow the instructions;
- Money will be transferred to your card in the currency of your card account;
- If the card currency differs from the remittance currency, the money will be automatically converted at the maib exchange rate for card transactions.

Cancel/return/modification of money transfer
Change, return or cancellation of the money transfer can only be carried out by the bank operator and only at the maib unit from where the money transfer was sent, providing the money transfer has not been released to the beneficiary.
Change of transfer data:
- come to the maib unit with a valid ID;
- hand the operator the money transfer receipt and inform him of the changes you wish to make*;
- you receive the receipt certifying the change in the transfer data. There is no charge for changing the transfer details.
*You can change the details of the payee: name, surname, and address.
Cancel/return of the transfer:
- come to the maib unit with a valid ID;
- hand the operator the money remittance form and inform them that you wish to cancel the transfer;
- receive the return receipt and cash the money.
*The commission fee paid for sending the money can only be returned at the discretion of the system;
**No other fees are charged to cancel the transfer.
