Announcement regarding the amendment of the General Terms and Conditions for the provision of financial services to legal entities within BC “MAIB”S.A., effective from 01.10.2025

Dear clients,  

We would like to inform you that, starting from October 1, 2025, the new amendments to the General Terms and Conditions for the provision of financial services to legal entities will come into effect.  

These amendments are related to compliance with the current legislation regarding cash withdrawals from business card accounts for the payment of salaries or other social payments. 

This operation can only be carried out at the bank counter, based on the payment document confirming the transfer of mandatory payments (taxes), submitted in accordance with the applicable regulations, along with the authorization for withdrawing cash in the national currency.
