Announcement regarding the amendment of the General terms and conditions for the provision of financial services to legal entities at BC “MAIB” SA, effective from September 25, 2026

Dear customers,

We would like to inform you that, with effect from 25 September 2026, new amendments to the General Terms and Conditions for the Provision of Financial Services to Legal Entities will come into force.

The amendments relate to mandatory auto insurance and settlements associated with payments made through POS terminals and e-commerce channels. Such settlements with merchants holding a current account with the Bank will now be made on the next calendar day following the date of successful completion of the transaction, including weekends and public holidays.
