Electronic statements

about
You have the possibility to view online bank account balances, to generate electronic account statements and to receive electronically signed account statements, with legal force, on your personal e-mail address.
You benefit from:
- accessing information about the company's accounts: account balance, account statement;
- you can generate, download and print the account statement for the last 60 calendar days at any time. The account statement is issued for certain fixed periods and/or a configurable period of time;
- the electronic statement is sent to your personal e-mail address;
- the electronic statement, sent to the e-mail address, has the same legal force as the statement issued by the bank on paper, when presented to third parties (e.g. STS);
- maximum security both against possible falsifications of the account statement and against unauthorized access.

frequent questions
First, check that all information has been entered correctly. If you still cannot proceed, please visit a bank branch to verify the accuracy of your identification data registered in the information system.
There could be several reasons. Please follow these steps:
- Try the registration again later. SMS messages sent by the bank might be temporarily stored by your mobile operator;
- Delete some old SMS messages from your phone. A large number of messages can prevent new ones from being received.
- Update your personal data at a branch, especially your phone number. Your number might be incorrect or invalid in the bank database.
The password is created by the client during registration and must include uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
The company’s or individual’s email address serves as the login for accessing the Electronic Statements service and acts as an identification/verification/validation element for the maib client in the bank information system.
1 email = 1 company
Please follow these steps:
- Check the email at the “Confirm Data” stage. If it does not match the information displayed on the screen, please visit a bank branch to update your data in the information system;
- Verify your login password. If you entered it incorrectly, click the “Forgot Password?” field to reset it;
- Try logging in again later. Some time may be needed for your profile to be fully activated.
- In the system interface, go to the “Subscriptions” submenu and select the accounts for which you want to receive statements by email
- Choose the frequency of email delivery (e.g., daily, monthly)
- Click the “Subscribe” button. Starting the next day, the bank will send the electronically signed account statements by email (as confirmed for the Electronic Statements service).
According to Article 13, paragraph (1) of Law No. 91 of May 29, 2014, on electronic signatures and electronic documents: "An electronic signature represents data in electronic format, attached to or logically associated with other data in electronic format, used by the signer as a method of authentication. An electronic document signed with a qualified advanced electronic signature is equivalent, in its legal effects, to a paper document signed with a handwritten signature".
Only PDF files are electronically signed.
