RCA prices increase starting November 25, 2025 – take advantage of the current rates now!

We inform you that, starting from November 25, 2025, price increases for RCA insurance policies for certain categories of vehicles will enter into force. These adjustments are made as a result of the update to the basic insurance premium, approved by the National Bank of Moldova through Decision No. 234 of October 8, 2025. 

The increases will be applied differentially, depending on the vehicle category, and reflect the level of risk established by the regulations in force. 

Until November 25, you have the opportunity to purchase the RCA policy at the current rates, before the new prices come into effect. 

The final price of the RCA policy may vary from one insurer to another, depending on the Bonus-Malus system, the driver’s profile, the vehicle’s usage area, and the insurer’s internal commercial policy, without being allowed to fall below the reference levels established by the NBM.

• the bank specialist at the branch where you are served; 
• or by calling 1314 to receive a secure link that allows you to complete the process online, quickly and easily. 

We recommend acting in advance to benefit from the prices available before the increase.
