The Business Pro IT package from maib costs 500 MDL/month. It includes 3 current accounts in MDL and foreign currency, unlimited number of business cards, 80 monthly payments in MDL to maib customers, whether companies or individuals, 25 monthly payments in MDL to other banks, 5 SEPA payments at 3.50 EUR per payment, and a Premium or Platinum salary plan, provided the criteria are met.

The business Pro IT package can be activated by any officially registered company operating in the IT sector: information technology services, custom software development, IT consultancy, management  of computing resources, IT services, data processing and the administration of websites, web portals or other information services.

The package is activated in person at maib branches, and once subscribed, you can change your current package directly via maib business if you wish. The package applies at company level: the benefits are shared across all eligible current accounts, in MDL and in foreign currency. For example, the 25 monthly payments to other banks can be made from any of these accounts, within the package limits.

The Business Pro IT package also costs 500 MDL per month. The main difference lies in the payments: in the business Pro IT package, the 80 monthly payments in MDL to maib customers also include transfers from the company’s account to individuals, outside the salary project. In addition, IT companies receive an unlimited number of business cards and a Premium or Platinum salary project, provided they meet the criteria. Furthermore, only companies in the IT sector can subscribe to the pro IT package.

The 500 MDL subscription fee for the Pro IT business package is debited monthly on the package subscription date . Upon activation, you choose the current account – in MDL or in foreign currency – from which the payment is to be made. The account can be changed at the company’s request before the next debit date. If there are insufficient funds in the selected account, maib will debit the fee from another of the company’s current accounts.

If there are insufficient funds in the company’s accounts on the debit date, the amount becomes overdue, without any penalties. The business Pro IT package remains active for two consecutive months, and the benefits can continue to be used. If the outstanding balance is not paid after this period, the package is blocked: the benefits are suspended, and transactions are charged at standard maib rates. The package is automatically reactivated once the outstanding balance has been paid in full.

The new package becomes active immediately, and its fee will be charged on the next debit date.

Yes. With the Pro IT business package, IT companies can transfer money from the company’s account to an individual’s current account, card or deposit account, outside the salary project, without a fee. Without the package, the standard maib commission is 0.5% of the amount, with a minimum of 25 MDL and a maximum of 100 MDL. This offer is valid only for companies registered in the IT sector.

The Pro IT business package from maib includes 25 monthly payments in MDL to other banks, made online. For each payment exceeding this limit, the standard fee of 3.80 MDL applies. Unused payments in a given month do not carry over to the following month.

Yes. With the Business Pro IT package, the exchange rate for bank transfers is negotiated with maib for amounts of 10,000 EUR or more, and this can be requested via the maib business app. The negotiable exchange rate is included in the monthly subscription fee of 500 MDL, alongside 5 monthly SEPA payments at 3.50 EUR. A charge of 10 EUR applies for each additional SEPA payment.

Yes. You can cancel your business Pro IT package at any time, at no extra cost, or use the maib business app to upgrade to a higher-tier package. The new package becomes active immediately, and the fee for it is charged on the next direct debit date. The fee already paid for the business Pro IT package in the current month is neither refunded nor carried forward.
