How to get a POS terminal
In just a few simple steps, you can start accepting card and QR MIA payments.
1. Submit a request
Visit your nearest maib branch or complete the online form on our website. Our team will contact you to discuss the solution that best suits your business.
2. Submit your application and prepare the required documents
To activate the terminal, you will need to provide the following documents:
- An extract from the State Register of Legal Entities, issued no more than 6 months ago;
- The company administrator's identity card;
- Identity cards of the beneficial owners holding more than 25% of the company's share capital.
3. Contact a fiscalization partner, if required
If your business requires fiscalization, you will be guided to contact one of our authorized fiscalization partners and sign the documents required to activate the fiscal module.
4. Terminal configuration
Our specialists will configure your Sunmi POS terminal according to your business requirements.
During this stage, we will also confirm together whether fiscalization is required and which authorized partner will provide the fiscalization solution.
If additional information is required, we will contact you directly.
5. Terminal delivery
Once all the above steps have been completed, your terminal will be delivered to the address you provided as quickly as possible.

According to the agreement, the bank reserves up to 30 days for terminal installation. In practice, the process usually takes approximately 7–10 days.
Yes. MIA is already integrated into the terminal.
Simply select the MIA payment method to provide your customers with a fast and modern payment experience.
If you cannot find the MIA option, call 1314, and our team will assist you.
Open the terminal user guide and follow the steps in the "Refund" section to process the refund.

Funds received through the POS terminal are transferred to the company's account on the next business day after the terminal's business day has been closed.
The terminal can be used with or without the fiscal module, depending on your business activity and the agreement signed with one of our fiscalization partners, Intelectsoft or SoftLider.
