1. Submit a request

Visit your nearest maib branch or complete the online form on our website. Our team will contact you to discuss the solution that best suits your business.

2. Submit your application and prepare the required documents

To activate the terminal, you will need to provide the following documents:

1. An extract from the State Register of Legal Entities, issued no more than 6 months ago;
2. The company administrator's identity card;
3. Identity cards of the beneficial owners holding more than 25% of the company's share capital.

3. Contact a fiscalization partner, if required

If your business requires fiscalization, you will be guided to contact one of our authorized fiscalization partners and sign the documents required to activate the fiscal module.

4. Terminal configuration

Our specialists will configure your Sunmi POS terminal according to your business requirements.

During this stage, we will also confirm together whether fiscalization is required and which authorized partner will provide the fiscalization solution.

If additional information is required, we will contact you directly.

5. Terminal delivery

Once all the above steps have been completed, your terminal will be delivered to the address you provided as quickly as possible.
