Announcement regarding the registration of the third corporate bond issuance in the Securities Issuers Register under the fourth program

Maib announces the successful registration in the Securities Issuers Register of the third corporate bond issuance under the fourth public offering program.

The registration was approved by the National Commission for Financial Markets on June 16, 2026.

Within this issuance, carried out between May 11 and June 2, 2026, a total of 8,644 registered сlass XIII bonds were subscribed, with a fixed margin of +1.25% and a total value of MDL 172,880,000.

The interest rate is floating – 5.61% + 1.25% = 6.86% – and will be paid monthly to the investor’s card or current account.
