Scheduled maintenance: some maib services will be temporarily unavailable from 10 July, 10:00 p.m. to 11 July, 10:00 a.m.

Dear Client,

To continue providing you with fast, secure banking services and an even better digital experience, we are modernizing our IT infrastructure.

From 10 July at 10:00 p.m. to 11 July at 10:00 a.m., we will be performing maintenance on our IT system, and some banking services will be temporarily unavailable.

The following services will remain available:

• transfers to another person;
• payments with a physical or tokenized card at maib POS terminals;
• utility bill payments via the maibank app;
• cash currency exchange transactions at our branches open on Saturday;
• top-up of and withdrawals from card accounts via POS terminals at our branches open on Saturday;
• cash foreign exchange transactions at maib branch counters in branches open on Saturdays;
• cash deposits to and cash withdrawals from a card at maib ATMs located in the 365 Zone.

The following services will be temporarily unavailable:

• inter-account transfers and transfers via IBAN;
• MIA transactions (e-commerce, POS payments, and transfers to individuals and legal entities);
• transactions related to credit and insurance products;
• opening of current accounts, deposit accounts, and card accounts;
• international account transfers;
• checking bank account balances;
• foreign exchange transactions at ATMs;
• transactions via maib business, including downloading account statements and viewing transaction history;
• SEPA and SWIFT transfers via maibank;
• transactions at self-service terminals.

To avoid any inconvenience, we recommend completing any necessary banking transactions before the maintenance period begins.

Please note that we have scheduled this maintenance mainly overnight to minimize the impact on your banking experience as much as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
