MAIB announces appointment of a new HR Director
Moldova Agroindbank is pleased to announce the appointment of Svetlana Bodaci as HR Director, starting with May 4th this year.
Svetlana will be responsible for the Company’s people strategy including talent acquisition and development, compensation and benefits, employee engagement and culture.
She will succeed Eugeniu Josan, who has managed HR Department for the last 9 years and has been promoted to Corporate Secretary.
The new Human Resources Director has 18 years of experience in the field of HR, holding various positions. For the last 10 years, she has been the HR Department Director in an international company, implementing the best HR practices and processes at global standards, the company being in the top 10 best employers on the market for 7 consecutive years.
Svetlana has a Degree in Psychology and English, a Degree in Communication and Public Relations from SNSPA Bucharest, an mini-MBA in Telecommunications from the Royal University of Sweden (KTH University), and is currently doing Doctoral Studies in Economics and Human Resource Management at ASEM.
At the same time, Svetlana Bodaci is the co-Chair of the Human Resources Committee at the American Chamber of Commerce of Moldova (AmCham) and she is a member of the Board of Directors of the Eastern European Foundation of Moldova.
