If you need details that include personal or account-specific data (such as balances or transactions), please use the “I want to speak with a consultant via chat” option. A consultant is available Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 20:00, and on Saturday, from 09:00 to 17:00.
How to use the chat?
- Click the icon in the bottom-right corner of the maib.md website or open the business chat in Viber, Telegram, or Facebook;
- Choose your preferred language;
- Select “Legal entity” as your profile type;
- Type your question.
Important: To receive accurate and relevant answers from Max, please phrase your questions clearly and precisely, and avoid clicking buttons rapidly or repeatedly.
