As part of the brand’s new philosophy to be more customer-centric, maib held a new interactive brunch with its customers, accountants and CFOs, to discuss and understand the challenges they face in managing their payroll processes. The event aimed to gather valuable insights that will inspire the maib team to develop customised and innovative solutions aimed at improving the bank’s B2B customer experiences.
We wanted a simple discussion format where each of the customers felt open to discussing the issues they face and, together with maib’s specialists from this field, identifying the best solutions for creating a long-lasting, trusting and mutually beneficial relationship.
The results of the brunch were not only constructive but beyond that. The accountants and CFOs in attendance shared valuable information and experiences with various bank products and services, revealing the most challenging processes and moments they face in managing payroll projects.
