The eStatements service will be discontinued starting May 12, 2026 — use the “Statements” module in maib business

We continue to enhance your experience with maib products, focusing on digital solutions that simplify the daily operations of your business. In this context, we would like to inform you about an important change concerning the eStatements service.

The functionalities previously available through eStatements are now integrated and expanded within the “Statements” module of the maib business platform, offering greater flexibility, control, and advanced options.

Important: The eStatements service will be deactivated on May 12, 2026.

We encourage you to access maib business and use the “Statements” module, which allows you to:

• generate account statements in 8 different formats;
• select the display language;
• obtain statements electronically signed with the bank’s qualified signature;
• download or send statements to one or multiple email addresses directly from the platform;
• download payment orders attached to the account statement in PDF format.

Why is the “Statements” module in maib business a superior solution compared to eStatements?

• ability to select up to 5 accounts simultaneously for a period of up to one month;
• manage statement recipients with the option to specify up to 5 email addresses;
• generate statements for a period of up to 12 months (for a single account);
• choose one or multiple statement formats generated simultaneously;
• flexible date ranges: current day, previous day, week, month, quarter, or a custom period;
• access to an integrated module within a complete internet and mobile banking platform offering multiple products and services dedicated to companies;
• 24/7 usage through a single secure account.

Important: The eStatements service will be deactivated only after the “Statements” module in maib business includes the subscription functionality for automatic email delivery of statements with the frequency selected by you.
