We are together: maib has launched the maib4UA chatbot for Ukrainian refugees

Customer orientation, empathy and dedication to customer support whenever and wherever they are are qualities that characterize the maib brand. The bank is the first financial institution in the Republic of Moldova to announce actions in support of Ukrainian citizens and refugees from the war, creating preferential conditions for a range of services and products but also making significant donations to the refugee support account (about 2.4 million lei were donated by April).

Efforts to support Ukrainian refugees on the territory of the Republic of Moldova continue, and today maib announces the launch of the maib4UA chatbot.

The customer from the neighbouring country will automatically receive helpful information by accessing the new chatbot. All you need is a smartphone with internet access.

The chatbot is helpful for all Ukrainians who have received bank cards from the UNHCR issued by the maib.

To access the maib4UA chatbot, you need to follow a few simple steps:

  • The FAQ contains detailed information about the customer's relationship with maib, which is related to the bank cards provided by UNHCR and maib services;
  • Live Chat - direct contact with a maib Contact Center consultant who will provide the necessary assistance from Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 20:00 and on Saturday from 09:00 to 18:00.
