Dear customers,

We apologize for the situation on January 17, when some operations were unavailable. We want to inform you that the technical work has been completed, and the banking systems are again available to customers. Transactions made throughout the day are already being processed. 

We are incredibly sorry for the situation and are grateful to each customer for their understanding, support, and patience, in notifying us of problems and delaying certain transactions.

We, the maib team, knew we had the best customers. On January 17, maib customers once again proved they are simply the best. They are extraordinary, thanks to the support and understanding shown. We continue to work on improving services and creating great banking experiences.
