Announcement regarding the registration in the Register of Securities Issuers of the fifth corporate bond issuance under the third program

Maib announces the successful registration in the Register of Securities Issuers of the fifth corporate bond issuance under the third program. The registration was approved by the National Commission for Financial Markets on September 16, 2025. 

During this issuance, carried out between 14.08.2025 and 02.09.2025, a total of 7,203 registered Class VI bonds were subscribed, with a fixed margin of +1.0% and a total value of MDL 144,060,000. The interest rate is floating – 5.45% + 1.0% = 6.45% – and will be paid monthly into the investor’s card account or current account.
