Announcement regarding the registration of the eighth corporate bond issuance in the Securities Issuers Register under the third program

Maib announces the successful registration in the Securities Issuers Register of the eighth corporate bond issuance under the third public offering program.
The registration was approved by the National Financial Market Commission on December 24, 2025.

Within this issuance, carried out between November 27 – December 16, 2025, a total of 7,447 registered Class VI bonds were subscribed, with a fixed margin of +1.0% and a total value of MDL 148,940,000.

The interest rate is floating – 5.67% + 1.0% = 6.67% – and will be paid monthly to the investor’s card or current account.
