Announcement regarding the registration in the Register of Securities Issuers of the seventh corporate bond issuance under the third program

Maib announces the successful registration in the Register of Securities Issuers of the seventh corporate bond issuance under the third public offering program. 

The registration was approved by the National Commission for Financial Markets on November 24, 2025. 

During this issuance, carried out between 23.10.2025 – 11.11.2025, a total of 6,323 registered Class VI bonds were subscribed, with a fixed margin of +1.0% and a total value of MDL 126,460,000. 

The interest rate is floating – 5.56% + 1.0% = 6.56% – and will be paid monthly into the investor’s card or current account.
