Announcement regarding the registration of the sixth corporate bond issuance in the Securities Issuers Register under the fourth program

Maib announces the successful registration in the Securities Issuers Register of the sixth corporate bond issue under its fourth public offering programme.

The registration was approved by the National Commission for Financial Markets on Octomber 6, 2026, following the subscription period held from 7 to 28 September 2026.

The sixth issue was fully subscribed, reaching the total available volume of MDL 200,000,000, comprising 10,000 Class VII registered bonds with a nominal value of MDL 20,000 each and a fixed margin of +1.50%.

The interest rate for the first year of circulation is floating and stands at 5.67% + 1.50% = 7.17%. Interest will be paid monthly to the investor’s card or current account.
