Announcement regarding the registration in the Register of Securities Issuers of the sixth corporate bond issuance under the third program

Maib announces the successful registration in the Register of Securities Issuers of the sixth corporate bond issuance under the third public offering program. 

The registration was approved by the National Commission for Financial Markets on October 20, 2025. 

During this issuance, carried out between 18.09.2025 – 07.10.2025, a total of 5,042 registered Class VI bonds were subscribed, with a fixed margin of +1.0% and a total value of MDL 100,840,000. 

The interest rate is floating – 5.46% + 1.0% = 6.46% – and will be paid monthly into the investor’s card or current account.
