Announcement on the assignment of future claims against debtors

B.C. MAIB S.A., informs the public of its intention to assign its future receivables from its debtors, at a predetermined price, within a predetermined timeframe and according to predefined criteria.
Interested legal entities are requested to send the necessary documents: application of intent, certificate of registration, Extract from the State Register of Legal Entities to the e-mail address: external.collectors@maib.md.

Subsequently, to the eligible legal entities, which have expressed their intention, will be sent the detailed information on the terms and conditions of the tender process.
