Announcement: Temporary unavailability of biometric authorization in maib business

Dear Customer,

We would like to inform you that payment authorization via biometrics (maib biometrie) is temporarily unavailable in the maib business mobile application.

During this period, transactions can be authorized using Mobile Signature (Orange or Moldcell) or through the methods available in the web version: MoldSign electronic signature and the bank’s digital certificate.

We are working to restore this functionality and will notify you as soon as biometric signing becomes available again.
