Notice regarding changes to fees and commissions for servicing individual customers’ bank cards

Dear customer,

Thank you for choosing maib services and products. This notice informs you about updates to fees and commissions applicable to payment cards for individual customers.

These changes reflect our commitment to continuous investment in technology, innovation, and quality services to provide a modern, secure, and user-friendly banking experience.

Recently, we introduced features that offer:

• savings on international EUR payments via SEPA and domestic payments via MIA, as well as favorable FX exchange directly in the maibank app;
• the convenience of cash withdrawals directly at merchants’ POS terminals;
• transparent tracking of when your card becomes free of charge via Smart Pricing in maibank;
• enhanced security through passkey authentication and authorization.

Starting from March 16, the following fees are updated:

1. Monthly servicing fee for certain card types

* Monthly servicing fees and Smart Pricing values for products not listed remain unchanged.

2. Card reissue (reasons other than expiration)

3. Card account top-up via SWIFT transfers

* This adjustment reduces international transaction costs.

4. Cash withdrawals at maib ATMs

* For salary projects in foreign currency, cash withdrawals at maib ATMs are free of charge.

5. Cash withdrawals via POS at maib branches

6. Interest on available balance of the social card account
