Notice on change of reference index

Dear customers,

We inform you that between October 1, 2024 and December 31, 2024, for loans granted to micro, small and medium-sized business customers, the value of the reference index will be:

• for loans granted in MDL - 3,37%;
• for loans granted in USD  - 5.28% (LIBOR 3M);
• for loans granted in USD from April 1, 2024 - 5.34% (SOFR);
• for loans granted in EUR - 3.47%.

Under the Government Program for supporting entrepreneurs “373”:

• for loans granted until May 24, 2024 (for the period July 1, 2024 - December 31, 2024):
  • for loans granted in MDL - 3.46%;
  • for loans granted in USD/EUR – 1.65%.
• for the credits granted from May 24, 2024 (for the period October 1, 2024 – December 31, 2024):
  • for loans granted in MDL - 3.37%;
  • for loans granted in USD/EUR – 1.55%.
