On February 29, maib launches the third corporate bonds issue under the second program

After successfully registering in the Register of Securities Issuers and obtaining approval from the National Commission for Financial Markets for the results of the second issue of corporate bonds under the second program, which took place between January 18 and February 6 this year, maib announces the launch of the third issue.

The new subscription will be available for 20 calendar days starting February 29. During this period, resident and non-resident individuals can apply for subscription at any maib branch or at the intermediary's office, in Chișinău municipality, 127, 31 August 1989 street, maib park.

Investing in corporate bonds offers excellent opportunities for managing savings and obtaining significant medium and long-term returns, including:

  • it is an additional source of income;
  • monthly interest rate for 3 years and is more attractive compared to other savings tools due to the competitive margin;
  • trading through the Moldova Stock Exchange;
  • corporate bonds can be used as collateral in certain situations;
  • investors can withdraw their invested funds by simply applying to any maib branch.

Also, in this subscription, the bank offers future investors a batch of 5000 corporate bonds with a nominal value of 20,000 MDL per bond, and the first come, first served principle will continue to be applied. Maib also reserves the right to close the offer early if the total volume available for subscription is exhausted.
