Announcement concerning partial availability of some banking services

Dear customer,

Update: all systems are working as usual.

As part of the ongoing technical migration of processes specific to the start of the new year, we announce that maib branches and self-service terminals will be unavailable today, January 2, 2024, between 11:00 and 12:30. Only card-to-card transfer (P2P) operations will be available in the maibank app during this period.

The ATM and POS-terminal network will be accessible as usual.
