A new tradition within maib, which will surely last, is the quarterly award of the best employees in various departments - professionals who are dedicated to common success every day, who feel the values of the bank as their own and record performance in their activity.
Recently, the bank's management awarded the best maib employees, who stood out in the first quarter of this year, bringing added value to the institution through dedication and professionalism.
45 employees from various departments and branches of the bank received a figurine and a voucher for modern shopping at a gadget store in the country. Among them is Vladimir Solomon, part of the bank's team for 8 years, currently holding the position of Head of Digital Marketing in the Marketing Department.
“This is a recognition that the efforts I am making are not in vain. I am glad that the bank supports the employees in their professional growth and motivates them to become better. Congratulations to all colleagues for beautiful results and success in achieving all the goals set", he told us.
Maria Botnari has been working at maib since 1991, proudly experiencing every change that has taken place within the bank. Her experience is incomparably valuable for the institution, confirmed by the maib management, which awarded her the best employee for the first quarter of 2022.
"All my life, I have been striving to serve every customer who came in our bank at the highest level. My goal is for anyone who visits us to benefit from our innovative products, to be satisfied with the banking services and to come back with pleasure when they need it. I feel honoured to receive this award alongside the colleagues who managed to be the best in their work," said Maria Botnari, Customer Service Manager in Ialoveni Branch.
The award event was rich in applause and congratulations, including for Maria Tabarcea. Maria is a key employee of the Acquisition Service because she knows how to do her work excellently and provides the necessary support to colleagues from various departments.
"Receiving this award, I felt that my work and efforts were appreciated. I would like to thank my manager, Petru Dubrovin, for his trust and motivation, he is a leader who knows how to grow successful teams. In the six years since I am part of the bank's team, I understood that for me, maib represents "maturity" from a professional point of view," said Maria Tabarcea at the award event.
