Maib agile WoW transformation continues: the fourth wave of orchestras has been launched

Maib continues the agile transformation to anticipate and meet the increasingly diverse expectations of customers, but also to create an innovative and cross-functional working style thanks to agile WoW (from way of working).

In the fourth wave, three new orchestras were launched, representing the Corporate business line (with two formed orchestras) and the IT Division (with one orchestra, accordingly).

The members of the new orchestras went through a training process tailored to each Orchestra, during which they learned the terminologies, processes and agile techniques. Starting today, they make every effort to create simple financial products and services that inspire people to be happier and businesses - more prosperous.

Why did maib initiate agile implementation?

Several reasons led us as a bank to initiate agile transformation. Here are just a few:
