Coming soon: what’s changing in maib business

Dear maib business user,

An important update is coming to maib business – internet and mobile banking for companies.

Starting March 28, after 18:00, authentication in maib business will be performed via maib id – a new authentication tool that will provide access to an extended range of financial products and services.

Important

Two-factor authentication (2FA) will become mandatory.

Please activate one or more of the following options:

• OTP code sent to your phone number
• OTP code sent to your email
• mobile signature

What’s changing in the platform?

After logging in via maib id, you will notice several interface updates:

• The order of modules will change. For example, the “Payments” module will be in the second position, and the “Statements” module will be in the third position
• Some products will be grouped for simpler and more intuitive navigation

Please note that on Saturday, March 28, between 09:00 and 18:00, the platform will be unavailable due to planned optimization works.
