We inspire. Maib shared the experience of agile transformation at the first "maib agile rocks" meet-up

Maib park hosted the first maib agile rocks meet-up event in the bank's ongoing series of events to share the agile transformation experience, its journey, lessons learned, failures experienced and values embraced.

At the first edition, the experience shared by maib inspired participants, with discussions focusing on the reasons for initiating agile transformation in today's realities, why it is appropriate to start such a transformation with the question "why", tips for an effective start of the transformation and maib's journey in this adventure. Maib agile rocks provided helpful information and created space for engaging discussions for 25 registered participants of the event, who work as team leads, team managers, change managers, agile transformation teams and so on.

The meet-up was moderated by Svetlana Bodaci, HR Director at maib, a leader with over 20 years of experience implementing and developing HR management and transformation strategies.

Svetlana Bodaci, HR Director at maib:
"Agile WoW has contributed to a review of our philosophy and purpose. If the mission is poorly defined, processes are long and complex, and ideas flow slowly and get lost. Thus, the potential product does not reach the customer in time, and employees lose motivation to be creative and inventive.

It was one of the reasons for agile implementation. Our primary goal is to make people happier - customers by anticipating the services they need, and employees - by providing an agile, flexible way of working that encourages creativity, prosperous and less successful attempts and, ultimately, innovation."

The first maib agile rocks meet-up ended with a Q&A session and requests for topics to be discussed at the following events in the series.
