Values, attitude and behaviour are the components that create our identity and bring us closer to people. Precisely for this reason, maib has committed itself to making them more accessible, visible and transparent to its employees by bringing them together in the Cultural Code. Guided by the Cultural Code, bank employees will be able to understand better the culture that governs maib, the company's way of working (agile WoW, short for way of working) and improve the tools they need to make their own and their customer's experience as pleasant as possible.

Among the topics addressed in maib's Cultural Code are the values that define our identity, the opportunities for maib people, the social responsibility we embrace, continuous innovation and the sustainable future we aspire to.

At the same time, through the code, we promote among new employees the beliefs that guide our communication, fairness, transparency and professionalism, combined with care for the environment and each other. All these things teach us to be better, more professional and more connected to those who choose us and are loyal to us.
