Maib announces the early and successful closing of the first corporate bonds issue under the second program, which took place between December 4 and 26 this year and under which 5000 bonds were subscribed. Such a quick closing of the subscription period underlines the confidence and interest of maib customers in an attractive, secure and long-term financial tool.
The second issue under this program will be announced shortly.
Please note that the second maib corporate bonds program will run for 12 months, and the bank will regularly launch a total of 10 consecutive issues of corporate bonds of different classes with a subscription rate of at least 1% for each issue, with a nominal value of 100 million lei each.
To meet demand, the bank will continue to apply the first come, first served principle and reserves the right to close the offer early if the entire volume is exhausted (subscribed).
