Today, maib celebrates 34 years of activity, reaffirming its mission to put the customer at the heart of every action and decision.
To mark the occasion, the people of maib organized a flashmob inside the maib park office, where employees were challenged to find multiple puzzle pieces, each representing one of the bank’s core values: innovation, transparency, agility, team spirit, empowerment, result orientation, and customer centricity.
This creative exercise reflected maib’s organizational culture, where each team member contributes to building a solid, coherent whole, aligned around the needs of the customer.
